A Drummer who sings and writes a bit.
At my core, I'm a drummer, always have been, always will be. But along the way, I evolved into singing and songwriting, with a deep appreciation for storytelling through music. Rhythm is the foundation of everything I do, whether behind the kit, at the mic, or crafting songs that blend simplicity with honesty.
I grew up singing and drumming alongside brother, (playing guitar) and my dad as he played keys, running through old "cheat books", that shaped my ear for melody. While these demos have some solid bass lines and straightforward guitar parts I've played, along with a few tracks featuring my brother playing guitar, drums remain my first language to bring these song ideas to life.
For me, great songwriting is about telling stories that resonate with lyrics that can pull a heart string, be relateable, amuse and tell a story, inspired by the "three chords and the truth" philosophy.
